Innovation
Campus CIAE isn't just a LEED Platinum building. It's a permanent experiment in applied sustainability, technology transfer and desert architecture.
Five unique pieces
They're not additional features on a sustainable building. They're decisions that define its nature.
Campus CIAE generates 120% of its consumption. The 20% surplus is exported to the grid under GDMTH. It's not compensation — it's actual production with surplus.
Explore →Petterson & Petterson delivers a new 100% recycled steel sculpture each year. Previous ones are renewed or redistributed. Public art + renewable circular economy.
Explore →UTH (signed agreement), CIAE (training), OC CIAE (EC0586 evaluations), PSE/IED clients (showroom). It's not education appended — it's integrated into the operational building.
Explore →Doesn't just operate: it teaches. Intentionally accessible cabling for measurements. There's no other pedagogical BESS like this in Mexico.
Explore →Test slab for bifaciality, orientations, angles. University partnerships will produce publishable scientific papers. LEED v5 Project Priority PRc1.9.
Explore →LEED v5 Innovation Credits
LEED v5 allows additional Innovation Credits for decisions exceeding standard credits. Campus CIAE proposes four to Tribo for presentation to USGBC.

Philosophy
Campus CIAE communicates the group's values without need for marketing. Each architectural decision translates a value into physical evidence:
This isn't replaceable with campaigns. It's built once and lived every day.
Future research
The test slab planned for Phase 3 allows comparison in real conditions:
In partnership with universities — UTH first, others as agreements are signed — academic papers are published and open data contributed to the field. Each published paper is a permanent Campus asset.
ESG Report
Grupo Empresarial CIAE publishes annual Sustainability Report. Starting 2026, Campus CIAE joins with verifiable operational metrics: PV generation vs consumption, reused water vs total, diverted waste, earned LEED credits.
This closes the cycle: the building that materializes group coherence also contributes to holding ESG governance. Transparency is structural, not optional.
